For this reason, we also make substantial investments in our employees’ further training and skills development. Our training programme is specially designed around issues of importance for Sal. Oppenheim. All instructors and trainers have close ties to the Bank and train in line with the Bank’s corporate culture.

We offer our employees a variety of challenging in-house and external seminars and also support them in longer-term plans such as in training to become a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). The Sal. Oppenheim Academy, which is especially geared to the professional and personal requirements of the Bank, rounds off the exclusive training opportunities for our employees.
