We only accept a limited number of graduates each year, who have completed their degrees with excellent results. Intensive training and consideration of personal goals, aptitudes and strengths enable our new colleagues individualised entry into the Bank.
Prerequisites for a successful application
- Completion of a university degree in business, business engineering or a related discipline, with excellent results
- Internationally-oriented programme of study is preferred
- International internships preferred
- Extracurricular commitment
- Fluency in, and stylistically appropriate command of German
- Very good English skills and knowledge of other languages
- MS Office product skills
- Confident appearance
- Sensitivity in dealing with clients
- Strong team skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Works independently and accurately
